LVL 50-awarded to members that have reached lvl 50 in gameSoldiers Award- awarded for passing BCTLoyalty-award to member that are considered loyal (given by SO 2week min time in)Reservest-Given to a member that plays 10 times as a fill inRecruitment-recruit 5 members that reach rank of SGTTraining-Complete 20 practice sessionsSeason-given for competing in a season of game battles(summer)Combat Veteran-Be part of 5 clan victoriesNCO Development-Given to members that reach the rank of E-7Commendation-Award recognizing a member for a service or good performance dealing with the clan(GIVEN BY SO,SE OR SQ MAJORITY VOTE)Seasoned Combat Veteran- Be part of 15 clan victoriesLeadership-given to members that are given command of a squadOfficer Achievement-Lead a squad to 5 clan victoriesBronze Star-given to members for a service or great performance (web site or game play) that is deemed greater than a commendation must be approved by SO of awarding members squad and recommendation sent to the DIV SO member must be in good standing with no infractions or probations in a month time frame of recommendation for awardSilver Star-Given to members for a great service or performance (web site and game play)that is deemed greater than a bronze star must member must be recommended by squad SO to a Div SO who must approve member must be active for at least 1 month with no probations or infractions in a month time frame of recommendation for awardMedal Of Honor=Awarding to members who stand apart for superior service and game play their actions must be noted by at least 2 members and is deemed greater than the Silver star must be recommended by squad SO who must send a recommendation to the Div SO who must approve and send recommendations to two other Div SO that must approve also members must be active for at least 2 months with no prior infractions or probations in a 2 month time frame of recommendation for award
Important notes on awards. Awards cannot be given automatic they must be approved and awarded by a SO or DIV SO depending on degree of award.This is true of even the easy awards like pass BCT they must be approved also. Some may wonder how will we keep up with all the members and their awarding information like total number of practices.This is simple i have implemented AARs(After Action Review)Its a simple questionaire that is filled out after a clan event such as practices or matches. this information is to PMed to your DIV SO and a ADMIN. this will be required of all SQ SOs to complete this and send it forward however i understand that errors can occur and members may also want to take part in filling out a AAR after a clan event it is optional for them but recommended as it will be easier to keep up with progress such as number of practices and what you think. I will put the form up in structures and that will be what you fill out copy and PM. This will also tell us what areas we must focus on and the independent needs of each squad. HQ members such as Blue Shark also have recommendation powers as well their word will be counted as a DIV SOs would be. I have also approved of concuring acts for members trying to get awards for example member y has done this and this a month ago and this a week ago all these acts together can count toward an award such as a bronze star the actions of that member must not have been award before for this to count like member p did this and this and got a commendation and today he did this now i think he deserves a B star it dont work like that all acts concuring must be un-awarded Squad Citations
These awards are given on a squad level and only one can be presented at a time they also may be stripped from a squadNo image Aval.
Valor Squad- Given to active squads that compete and practice
Notes on citations. Citations will only be issued by a DIV SO except for Top Squad which must be approved by a admin. Combat Ready is pending. It might be used or it might not be. your imput on this would be helpfulPinsService Stripes
Service Stripes-Issued to members that have competed in 5 clan matchsStacked Service Stripes- Every 5 matchs will stack a service stripe
